Excellent support. Quick and knowledgeable responses. App works well. Needs a couple of improvements like the ability to quickly see which items are on preorder. Right now you have to manually track. Support said that is on the next update. Very easy to use other than that. I like it. Will update to 5 stars when the update comes through.

The app is working also with a theme built in Webflow. Great. Love it, because all the others I tried did not! And the support is smart and really fast with solving any problems!

Trust me, I took the trouble to test several pre-order plugins in the shopify app store, kept downloading and uninstalling in disappointment because many plugins were not compatible with my theme or product pages I made with Gempage! But this plugin does it! And fast reply! Don't worry about the different time zones! Here I especially thank Zia for her help! Patiently and flawlessly helped me achieve my work!

We started well with preorder but it hasn't worked reliably at all. We set limits for the number of products that were allowed to be preordered, and it has allowed many more to be sold. This has caused us big problems. Basically the app has failed to control stock properly.

Extremely supportive and friendly assistance, perfect for those beginning with pre-orders. The app is user-friendly and offers the features we needed (pre-ordering a limited amount of items). Zia provided exceptional help and the process went smoothly :)

I liked that there was chat support so that if any problems arose, I could get immediate help. This is a simple and easy-to-use app.

App installed. The problem is that sending domains can't be verified and the emails end up in junk mail. The pre-order confirmation emails are also not very customizable, not even the size of the button can be changed. Some of the staff is friendly but they are slow to respond
