Appikon ‑ Pre‑Order

I used this app to be able to list items as pre sale and show as sold out when inventory is depleted. This app did exactly that. Easy instructions to work with my Shopify store.

We downloaded this app but it didn't work well, and we had to request assistance from the team constantly. The second star is because while the app might not work, the team is very prompt at replying and assisting you.

So far so good! Easy to use and good, fast support when I hadn't figured something out. Solved my pre order issue quickly.

It was incredibly simple to set up the app and they had excellent customer service when I needed a small customization.

We needed a quick solution for a book that was on backorder. I initially had trouble setting up the mechanism, but it was easy to locate a support person and they had it up and running within a couple of hours. Very pleased with the support staff and the easy solution to our problem. I also like that pricing is resonable for more items if we need.

Customer service is spotty started off good then fell off a cliff, I guess it depends on who you get over there. Have had problem with their app for 24 hrs now not integrating with my theme and working correctly. I granted access but still no resolution to the problem. Its unfortunate I like the features they offer but they lack functionality and service.

Abuzar was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly. Excited to see how the apps performs and help with pre-sales.
