I've spent more time trying to narrow in on this app to no avail - it's always two steps forward and one step back. Ultimately, after months of trying and despite the team telling me this would work, this software is not capable of handling our bundle predictions.

app looks great but you waste a whole day or week adding all your raw materials in only to then find it the app doesn't really do anything but tell you what to order.
you can not even see the orders that are in you shopify site
you can not see what products you can make with your current raw materials which you would think would be the most inportant thing.
Help was there but couldn't help at all

That said, Prediko has never advertised Shopify order visibility or made-to-order functionality. We strive to set clear expectations about our features and always deliver on what we promise.

This is not a review about the app, but about their prediko spam. You'll be flooded almost daily with spam emails from a different employee address - answering gives you a weird 'this person left the company' message. I've unsubscribed their email list, but that means I also can't get useful updates to the app. This is highly unprofesional, and I hope the developers take this review serious and get back to me.

Sorry to hear you didn’t find value in our onboarding emails — during the trial, we send one per day to help new users explore each part of the product.
As discussed over email, you signed up to Prediko with two different email addresses. You unsubscribed from one, but the second — which was also linked to your account — remained active, so you continued receiving emails.
This wasn’t a case of us ignoring your request, but rather that you hadn’t unsubscribed from both addresses.
We took the time to investigate, personally explained the situation, and removed both emails from our system to ensure you wouldn’t receive further messages.
Your review unfortunately misrepresents what happened and is unfairly damaging to our business given we followed all unsubscribe requests promptly and in good faith.
