We had an issue where the preorder button was just showing a loading spinner and not working on our products. I contacted support, and they quickly understood the problem and fixed it really fast. I have been using this app in my store for almost three years. It is very user-friendly. It syncs/works well with Shopify, too. Not all apps do, so this is something that is very helpful to us business owners! The pricing is also very reasonable.
