Truly great app. I mean I loved using it for my work but now they introduced completely ridiculous charges. So now it's absolutely not worth it. It will eat up your profits like its nothing

Great being able to offer this to our customers. However we’re seeing a lot of glitches in the system.
Our specific items we set for pre order, that are in stock are being ordered as a Pre Order rather than just a regular order
TERRIBLE communication
I have a brick and mortar where I need relatively quick responses and I do not get.

Will be DELETING this app and moving to another alternative

Use to rate this app 5 stars and recommend it all the time when people asked in groups...
However they have now made it a paid app. (Thats okay, Businesses need to make money after all!)

Except, their pricing plans get expensive really fast! By far the most expensive option for those that sell Big ticket pre order items.

So as much as I loved this app and its simplicity it's time to find another app that doesn't charge exorbitant fees.

Really want to like using this app but struggling to get ahold of someone to help with an onboarding issue that permanently made my inventory count hidden even after uninstalling, also you can't click all of your products at once when onboarding
