I had a great experience with PreOrder Wolf’s support team recently! I needed to modify a message that appeared under the "Pre-order" button on our site, as it didn’t fit our brand’s style. I reached out to the support team, hoping they could help adjust it.

Eva from support replied promptly, explaining that the message was actually controlled by Shopify due to their preorder policy and couldn’t be changed directly. However, she offered a solution: they could remove it entirely if I wanted. This option was perfect for me, so I asked Eva to go ahead and remove it.

Eva was incredibly efficient, and within a short time, she confirmed that the message had been taken down. She then asked me to review the changes to make sure everything looked the way I wanted. When I checked, everything was exactly right, and the page now had the clean, streamlined look I was hoping for.

I’ve had such a great experience with Eva and the team at PreOrder Wolf! We had an issue where our preorder products were still showing the option for in-store pickup, which we didn’t want. I reached out to Eva for help, and she was incredibly fast and thorough in addressing the issue. Not only did she completely remove the pickup option for preorder products, but she also made sure to walk me through the process to avoid this issue in the future.

The communication was clear, and the resolution was spot on everything is now functioning exactly as we wanted. It’s rare to find this level of support, especially with apps like this, but Eva went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the support from PreOrder Wolf has been! I reached out to their team regarding a couple of issues on my site, and within moments, Eva was on it, providing the most thorough and efficient assistance I've ever received. Not only did she resolve my initial concern, but she also went above and beyond to address other questions I had.

Initially, I encountered a minor bug, but it seemed to disappear after clearing my cookies. From there, I asked if it would be possible to add some formatting changes to the 'delivery info' section on my site. I wanted the text to be bold and more prominent for customers, making it stand out. Eva jumped on the task immediately and implemented the changes perfectly. The responsiveness was just incredible!

I recently had the opportunity to interact with the support team at PreOrder Wolf, and I am extremely satisfied with the assistance I received! I reached out to them with an urgent request to set up a preorder button for my book, Mason Gideon and the Caves of Fate, as I was facing a tight deadline. With just a few hours left before the preorder launch, I noticed that the button still displayed “Add to cart” instead of "Pre-order."

I recently worked with the PreOrder Wolf team, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. We were in the process of setting up the app on our LOONI store but ran into a few technical challenges along the way specifically regarding integration with our Skio subscription software.

The app initially pushed orders through as one-time purchases, instead of following the selling plans we had already loaded for subscription-only products.
