I downloaded Preorder Wolf based solely on the ratings and reviews and of other users. It really was simple to install and straightforward to use. Unfortunately, the 'Pre-Order' button didn't show as intended on the first try so I clicked on the chat button and was greeted almost immediately by support. The tech, Eva, was able to get it working properly within a couple of minutes and I didn't have to do anything on my end. Honestly, the speed at which the glitch was identified and resolved has me question whether Eva is a human or an advanced AI agent. I'm not sure which would impress me more. Either way - I couldn't be happier with the results!

The team were great. I installed the app and needed some assistance in getting the functionality to work correctly with our custom theme. The team had the issue resolved in less than 90 seconds and we we're able to launch pre orders in line with our timeframes and requirements.
