I reached out to them with an urgent request to set up a preorder button for my book, Mason Gideon and the Caves of Fate, as I was facing a tight deadline. With just a few hours left before the preorder launch, I noticed that the button still displayed “Add to cart” instead of "Pre-order."

Eva, who handled my case, was prompt and attentive from the very beginning. She quickly diagnosed the issue and helped me enable the preorder feature. Really want to like using this app but struggling to get ahold of someone to help with an onboarding issue that permanently made my inventory count hidden even after uninstalling, also you can't click all of your products at once when onboarding

These guys are the shiz, love the app. Gagan at PreOrder Wolf was great and was happy to help me out with any issues that came up.I have a brick and mortar where I need relatively quick responses and I do not get.

Great app! They're helpful and respond quickly if you have any issues. This is a great option for me when I have event and run out of products, then I don't have to miss out on sales.

It took way less than 2 minutes to install. A few clicks and the app was good to go, working perfectly right out of the box. I wanted to set a quantity limit to my pre-orders, but I couldn't find the option, so I reached out to support. Less than an hour later, Eva replied to my message and said she had enabled the feature and I was once again good to go. Between the seamless and incredibly simple installation process and the mind-blowingly fast support I received, I really have to give this app the 5-stars it deserves. Well done, Eva and the team! I downloaded Preorder Wolf based solely on the ratings and reviews and of other users. It really was simple to install and straightforward to use. Unfortunately, the 'Pre-Order' button didn't show as intended on the first try so I clicked on the chat button and was greeted almost immediately by support. The tech, Eva, was able to get it working properly within a couple of minutes and I didn't have to do anything on my end. Honestly, the speed at which the glitch was identified and resolved has me question whether Eva is a human or an advanced AI agent. I'm not sure which would impress me more. Either way - I couldn't be happier with the results!
