We are a very small team in our beta-phase. We sold through our hero product during Black Friday weekend and our developer was MIA. PreOrder Wolf solved the problem in less than 1 minute!
The customer service was friendly, but there was no way to set an expected shipping window for my customers.

Those delivery information in the checkout are pushed by USPS. Something our app can't control.
