The app works well "when it works"...however, it's been buggy lately, such as removing products from my pre-order list by itself, not allowing me to edit pre-order products (taking me rather to the upgrade screen), or sometimes not even allowing me to open the app in Shopify. I would give more stars if it was more reliable.
UPDATE: As of 9/23/20 around 5pm EST, we believe we have FIXED THE ISSUE causing server slowdowns and the various issues with the app. This has never happened with our app ...
My problem with this app is when I set up a default setting it won't apply to all products and I have to save it one by one for each product.

Very slow, very buggy, crashes constantly. Otherwise, it's a great app!
Having trouble getting this work - I'll set up the Pre-Order rules but the items seems to revert and I don't think the Help Team has a lot of experience with this app. I'll give it a try but if things don't get better I'll probably cancel before my trial period ends.

UPDATE: changing my review from 1-3 stars. Within a short period of time of posting my original review, I received an email from support offering help on their day off. We went back and forth and the support agent was helpful, but there is still some things that will keep me looking for a better app, especially at this price. If it worked flawlessly I would have no issue with the price.

It is a little bit difficult to set up. And there are some fee to charge. Free Plan is not okay completely.
