i use this to help me sell products when we are out of stock. it helps me maintain sales while being low on inventory.
We've tried a couple of pre-order apps and this one seems to work the best.
it works like it should . needed a little help after set up and they were on point. Josh helped out and fixed the problem very quickly.

Customer service was extremely quick, the technician I spoke with (Rasheem) walked me through the setting and whilst the app hasn't yet started working. I'm reassured that this will work.

Functionality appears comprehensive. However, the app is so volatile it's currently unusable as it constantly crashes or doesn't load. Let me know if you fix it as I'm keen to use it and happy to revise score. UPDATE 4/10: Retesting and using now. Working well so far. Issues seem to have been resolved.

This is a followup to let you know again that the problem HAS been fixed, and system has been running 100% smoothly since this time last week. We’ve also added extra server capacity to make sure that NEVER happens again for our app.

UPDATE: As of 9/23/20 around 5pm EST, we believe we have FIXED THE ISSUE causing server slowdowns and the various issues with the app. This has never happened with our app before and we are adding protocols to our servers so that it won't happen again.
THANK YOU for your patience with this very frustrating issue with Pre Order Now. Things should now be fast, accessible, and working at full speed, both now and in the future!

Original Reply: Hello, this is Sean, the Ops Guru with Pre Order Now. We are working HARD AND FAST to resolve this issue. We have a SWAT team working this since last night and they are implementing fixes for our sudden server challenge.
I am VERY sorry that the app is not working properly at the moment when it comes to loading and logging in.
Please give us just a little more time today and we should have this resolved very soon! I will post here again with a full update very soon...

It does the basic job and support is good. Would like if pre-orders more clearly marked on the Orders page and the customer email notification to emphasize the purchase was a pre-order to be fulfilled at a specified date.
And even though you can use a filter to view only pre-orders, it would be really helpful to view only non pre-orders.
The setup was a little tricky. It took a while to get the app with the store. after the setup great!
