I appreciate that they offer customizable displays to show that my items are on pre-order. They also have fantastic customer service. When you're in the app, there's a little chat bubble and Nicoz helped me troubleshoot some things pretty quickly. Highly recommend and worth the money.

We recently upgraded our online store to a new theme and in doing so our drop down menu kept freezing on us and our customers, big problem! I'd been working with the theme developer for several days until they determined that the issue was stemming from our Pre-order Now app. I reached out the support team here and within 2 hours they had the problem fixed and our website is now working better than ever. We installed this app on our new Shopify 2.0 store. To be honest we had a lot of bugs for a couple weeks until Josh got involved. He had everything fixed and working perfectly in less than an hour. Works great now and exactly what we needed!
