PrettyDamnQuick is a major upgrade from our previous tools. All of our delivery options are in one place and we use PDQ's automations to save hours of work per week (which is huge for our small-but-growing team). We ship wine all over the country and when it comes to local delivery in NYC, PDQ has integrated seamlessly with our courier's platform to provide our customers the best experience possible. New features are added every 2-3 weeks that are easy to pick-up and immediately implement. Additionally, PrettyDamnQuick has the best support team that is always willing to develop and customize to our needs. We highly recommend PrettyDamnQuick for any business looking to tremendously streamline their shipping processes!

PDQ has really exceeded our expectations. We're a small, family-run team and we needed a system we could manage on our own, but also get real support for anything if necessary (in Salck!)
The delivery promise ("Arrives by XXX") is accurate, and it really works! It's been setting the right expectations with customers for all types of products, especially those on pre-order that won't arrive for a while.
The PDQ team also showed us how to set up A/B tests in our checkout's shipping page to test wording, delivery promises, and free shipping thresholds until we found the most profitable combination.
We're seeing a 10% increase in customers choosing non-free shipping options, and 18% of these customers are choosing the higher-priced expedited options! This is all thanks to A/B tests that tell us what resonates most with our customers.
