Fantastic app and the best customer support you can ask for. Value for money app for WhatsApp related automation. Save yourself time and start with it right away.
I had an issue with the billing, especially with charges continuing after the WhatsApp messaging stopped working.
The Updattr team contacted me directly and processed a refund to resolve the issue. I appreciate them taking the initiative and addressing my concern.
We're really sorry about this experience and we understand the frustration.
To clarify gently: app charges on Shopify are handled by Shopify's billing system and continue as long as the app stays installed and subscription is active on the store — we don't have the ability to charge a merchant outside of that. It looks like the subscription remained active even though the app wasn't being used, and we should have caught that and reached out to you. That's on us.
We'd like to make it right. Please write to us at support@prizmacommerce.com and we'll review your billing history and process a refund for the unused period wherever we can.
We'd also love to understand the issue with confirmation messages not going out — if something was misconfigured, we want to fix it.

100/100 Truly impressed with Prizma
I’ve been using Prizma for the past week, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. I’ve tried many apps before that just took my subscription fee and gave no real results. But with Prizma, I actually started seeing results from the second day itself.
What I really appreciate is that everything works directly inside Shopify. There’s no need to log in to any external dashboard, which makes things so much easier.
One feature I found especially useful is the abandoned cart recovery. It’s well-automated, and I could clearly see how it helped bring back lost customers. The reminder feature is also excellent simple, but very effective.
Overall, Prizma is offering solid features at a genuinely affordable price. I’m happy with the service and would confidently recommend it to any Shopify store owner looking for real results.
