Badgy

This app needs some refinement. It works ok for the most part, but in our case some coding was necessary. The badges stopped showing on random products unfortunately. The customer support is not up to the same standard that we are used to with other developers, and we had some issues that they didn´t respond to. The result was an app that didn´t meet our expectations, and we had to go elsewhere.

Honestly the biggest problem I find with apps in Shopify is the lack of good directions to use the app. No one has time search around to figure out how to put on a badge. This may be a great app but the usage should be so much easier and should literally happen in 3 steps. Step 1: Choose or make a badge. Step 3 choose products or collections to add badge and Step 3 add badge. instead I am searching around to figure out how to do something that shouldn't take longer than 15 mins.

really tricky navigating the app and utilizing its functionality. Needless to say I gave up as it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to use an app.

Great app and very helpful support! Only downside is that it takes a few seconds to load before the badges are shown.

I just downloaded this app. I was trying to figure it out and make it work. Its complicated. How the app should ideally work? I just want to select a badge - product and click done (save). This app is all but that. I don't have time sit here and getting headache. I'm uninstalling after this...Like someone else in reviews said.It shouldn't be a rocket science
