Equate ‑ Product Compare

Hey, how can I add a product metafield to the comparison table? Is there anyone help me? Your specify metafield box doesn't function.

We had some trouble displaying the results of the comparison on our site, luckily when we reached out to the Equate support team, they responded very quickly and once they were able to review our store and settings, corrected the issue allowing our users to compare our products very easily. Greatly recommended.

This feature should have been built into Shopify IMO and is a much needed feature. This extension looks good and works well. I had one code issue for icon placement that Softpulse solved within 24 hours. Fast and friendly support and good app!

Would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to showcase comparing products in an easily readable format.

I had some issues during installation (probably my own fault) and they were all resolved faster than I could have ever anticipated. Fantastic team behind the product.

So far have discovered no downsides with the app. It functions exactly as we need and any moment where it doesn't do exactly what I expect, the team fixes it.

This is a great little application for enhancing your conversion rate by helping your customers to select the product that is right for them via a simple graphic interface. It has a low resource overhead, negligible impact on page load speeds and it's reasonably extensible with a decent selection of graphic styling options that can be easily enhanced with a bit of CSS styling. It's missing the ability to choose to only display some products in a specific category within the compare app. for example I don't want to display all the tool accessories in the compare app, even though they are part of my tool category/collection. if you could choose a different display priority for the product drop down list that would be cool. ie I use display 'by best-selling' in all my product collections as that converts most, but for a drop down text selection alphabetical order is much more useable. Those two feature ads would make a very good app perfect... * Already had a a reply to my feature add suggestion... The team has earned the extra star.....

After trying multiple Compare apps, two features stand out. The first is getting started, and the app will automatically scrape information from your relevant page fields, such as description and price. This saves tons of time and effort getting started as many other compare apps do not have that feature. Second is the ability for the visitor to select and remove products directly from the compare page, not requiring the visitor to flip through pages that may not be relevant and increase visitor frustration as they click search click churn. Excellent customer service. I had trouble putting the code into our backend so they went in and got it set up for us! After testing out all the other product comparison apps, this one is the best one available. It's clean and looks good on both desktop and mobile. However, my only complaint is that it only compares the features provided on the product's pages, so essentially users have to read through each of the product's description to distinguish the differences. That was the one thing I liked about the app - Product Differentiator.

Though a relatively simple app, it is very important for businesses who are selling many similar products!
The app was extremely easy to install --doesn't require any coding on the business' part unless you want to change up the categories that are being compared between the products. Even then, with that as well as small changes such as the direction of the words on the Compare tab or adding the "Add to Compare" button, Jaron was really great in getting back to us and getting it done quickly!
