Unfortunately, my experience with the Yodel app has been extremely disappointing. The app has major flaws and software errors, which forced me to re-upload all my products and manually adjust them — even though Yodel promised a solution. After three days, there has been no response at all, and communication has gone completely silent.
On top of that, they promised to extend my trial period, but that still hasn’t been implemented. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I cannot recommend Yodel at all.
I’ve been using Yodel for almost two years and it has consistently been an incredibly helpful tool for managing my large product catalog of over 5,000 items. Recently, I experienced a few unexpected issues after a major system update, which temporarily affected my product data and subscription.
I reached out to support, and I want to highlight Yoav’s outstanding assistance. He responded quickly, thoroughly investigated the situation, and ensured everything was restored—my product information is accurate again, and my subscription is back on track.
I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism from the Yodel team. Challenges can happen with any platform, but how a company responds makes all the difference. Thanks to their swift and transparent support, I feel confident continuing to work with them and highly value the service they provide.
