I’ve been using it for about a year now, and during this time, it has been incredibly helpful in supporting my store’s daily operations. Unfortunately, my experience with the Yodel app has been extremely disappointing. The app has major flaws and software errors, which forced me to re-upload all my products and manually adjust them — even though Yodel promised a solution. After three days, there has been no response at all, and communication has gone completely silent.

On top of that, they promised to extend my trial period, but that still hasn’t been implemented. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I cannot recommend Yodel at all.

I’ve been using Yodel for almost two years and it has consistently been an incredibly helpful tool for managing my large product catalog of over 5,000 items. Recently, I experienced a few unexpected issues after a major system update, which temporarily affected my product data and subscription.
