Ik was volop aan het werken in deze app, toen deze ineens blokkeerde en ik eerst een abonnement moest aan gaan. Alle opmaak ben ik hierdoor verloren. Bovendien was er op voorhand geen enkele verwittiging! Dit is beneden alle peil qua klantenservice!!

I thought it was great until I realised it was interfering with other apps, such as translation apps to have my store in multiple languages. Everything turned to English.. Also it started combining tabs that I had only selected for 1 product, yet with some products, an extra tab was added to the product page... Very annoying. Off to the next app. This was a waste of precious time.

Many of our merchants successfully use EasyTabs alongside various translation apps with no issues. It's possible there was a specific conflict with the translation app you're using — and in such cases, our 24/7 support team is always ready to help and resolve the issue ASAP.

Regarding the tabs showing up on the wrong products — EasyTabs supports two types of tabs: Standard (based on headings in the product description) and Shared. Extra tabs may have appeared if there were headings in the product content that matched the structure used for Standard tabs. If you could share a specific product where this happened, we'd be happy to take a look and fix it.

I installed this app to try it. After realising it wasn't what we were after I removed the app however when I did this it has left behind a snippet of code which has ruined our product pages. We are now trying to find a developer who can resolve the issue left behind by this app. Maybe a one off but i am extremely disappointed.

This app cause major problems when I decided to uninstall it. My unique descriptions does not work anymore. It was not fully uninstalled as some elements such as the word "Description" is still visible on my product pages. Please sort this our.
