We had a great experience working with support expert Haley. She was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting some issues we were having with our app's usability on our Shopify theme. Haley was quick to respond, provided clear instructions, and ensured that everything was working perfectly before we wrapped up!
The Labels that this app comes with by default are quite good and the functionality is also good. Support has also been responsive.
The experience is extremely poor, it was free before and now you need to charge for it. Constantly directing you to subscribe to paid packages. Very few product labels available, most of them require a gold subscription to use. Even if you spend money, there are serious issues with product logos some of which are not displayed. Consulted customer service and got delayed response!
