BSS Product Options, Variant

The support was fast and friendly. It is helping with various features that were missing from my store. It just needs some appearance tools to change the visual appearance of some key elements, and it would be perfect.

This app is simple to use and provides two features that I needed--a text box for customers to provide more details about their custom order and an upload button for them to upload photos. The fact that they can upload more than one photo/file is great.

The support team is helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry.

They quickly removed the watermark, and further gave me tips on how to improve the placement of the variant option by working as a team to remove some blank spaces on my product listing. For being a free app, this really allows you do to a lot with product variations. I went through 5-6 apps (free and paid) and ultimately this app had the most functionality I needed. Their customer service is also amazing - super quick response time and extremely helpful.
