BSS Product Options, Variant

This app solved a few issues for me. I'm able to add options to a variety of my products some with additional fees and some without. This wasn't an option for me while using a different app. The support I've received is unbelievable, first they response to me in a timely manner considering the time difference, then they have truly helped me create exactly what I envisioned. No matter what I threw at them the tech guys Pham Ngoc Hoang, Nguyen The Huy delivered, and Jonas my support agent was there to facilitate. Thank you so much for all of your help.

This app is much more user friendly than similar ones I've tried before, and the support team who helped me (Emma C. and Nguyen Duc Duong in particular) were prompt, clear, and very helpful. I really like this app. I had issues with it working at first (the issues were on my end though, not due to the app). Great app! I had to change some stuff with code and Jena from support was really kind and superfast with the procedure.

We make personalized pet ID tags so it's important for us to collect personalization details from customers when they make a purchase. BSS Product Variants Options app is easy to install. The option fields created seamlessly match the looks of our theme. Although we had problems with showing the options/variants in the cart in the beginning, it only took one email for BSS to understand our problem and they fixed it within the same day! Special shoutout to Emma who guided us through the process in a very professional manner.
