The stamped app technicians we’re very quick to response and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was handled. He also recommended additional services that will help with email delivery. I would highly recommend this app! Customer service is stellar!

This is an awesome app! The main reason it won us over when comparing other in-mail review apps is that even for the free version, we are able to customize the color-scheme AND, with their “Thank You” email once a review has been submitted, we are able to offer our customers a promotion code as a ‘thank you’ for their review. This is huge, because it’s the only in-mail review app that offers this in their free version. The customer service is fantastic as well. Very fast response time and very helpful. We are very happy with this app. Thanks you guys.

Absolutely amazing review app, by far the best one out there! The ability to get photos and videos from our customers when they review us through stamped.io has been amazing and really allowed us to market with user generated content which we find works far better. The customer service has been amazing when I have needed help or asked for things to be changed. Overall an amazing app! Definitely recommend as the go-to review app :)

After deleting their app (after years of using it), their Reward widget (part of their Review app) is still visible on our website and we cannot remove it. More than a week after we and Shopify's support team has contacted them, they have still not sorted it out - apart from emailing us a couple of times to let us know they have passed it on to the correct department. Very poor customer service. Will never use Stamped again for this reason alone!

We're sorry to see you go, and I can see that we are working with you now to ensure the widgets are properly removed.

We've recently moved to a new support ticketing software to avoid these issues in the future and we have adjusted our team's schedules in order to provide more comprehensive coverage over weekends and holidays.

The recent surge in request volume has certainly been a challenge, but we're growing our small team in the new year to ensure our merchants get the support they need.

Did you look at the number of stars or read the reviews when initially considering this app? Well, that's exactly why it's so useful! This app helps you connect the experiences of your current customers with future ones. They offer great and responsive customer support as well. Know up front that this app is only as good as your customers think your product is. That being said though, if you're selling a great product, you'll want to use this app for sure!
