Currently all review apps adds codes automatically to the theme when going through the auto-installation. This helps with ensuring that you don’t need to install the widgets manually and making this easy to get started (:
For Stamped, there’s only a single line of codes that are added to the “product.liquid” file, or simply email our support team at hello@stamped.io and we can assists with the removal (:
As for importing of reviews, all you need is to format the dates to yyyy-mm-dd format.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE LACK OF FAQ INFO
THE ONLY APP THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANY (ANY!!!) TUTORIALS FOR ITS FUNCTIONS.
This may be a great app, but their FAQ pages suck sooooo much. Take a look at how they describe how to import reviews:
"If your previous review provider is not mentioned, here's how you can prepare the CSV file and have your reviews imported to our app.

Fill in the details of the reviews"
THAT"S FUCKIN IT!
In this CSV there are 12 columns and NO explanation given how to complete them properly.

It doesn't work. Client-side has lots of AJAX errors with their IIS server. Other plugins recommended.

Removed the app after 1 hour......
You need to be an engineer to use this app. I could not understand a single thing I have to do and there are no instructions, no help, no tutorial.
I am sorry for the developer that spent a lot of time to add many tools and options in the app but there is wayyy too much stuff and it makes the app impossible to understand and use it.

After 30 minutes: 1) No free trial 2) Too complicated to install. I was not able to install anything. Nothing happens on my site 4) Tutorials and explanation are not so good

As for installation, there's actually a one-click "Install" button available in the settings and it does all the heavy-lifting for ya, so there's no manual coding required :)

My website have a black background, the widget does not integrate to it and there is not customization at all.

Stamped.io's review widget does integrate with themes with black background. It will require a set of CSS codes to change the colors of certain elements on the review widget.

*Long Honest Review, hope it helps. I've been using LOOX and Yotpo in the past. LOOX was good as it's extremely user friendly. Yotpo had super fast service. I only installed this as I recently installed the rewards and thought having both from the same company would be easier. For the amount of users this has I'm surprised how slow the service is. The app isnt user friendly and not straight forward. I'll see how it goes during this trial period. I had CSA reply to this review faster than my issue is to be solved. The CSA comes across as a little rude. Negative feedback is a chance for business's to adapt and grow in areas that might be lacking (ie response times/service) . My feedback is an honest experience and first impression of Stamped.io. CSA's should work to provide a solution instead of a defense to such feedback. Update!
There are some features on the PAID plan that are not available in Australia and many other countries so read the fine print. Other platforms such as smile or yotpo have added on extra features to secure your business, with Stamped that's not the case it's more of a too bad for you situation. I've spent weeks back and forth trying to get it set up like Loox/Yotpo so I will see how it goes however so far I would suggest going with Loox or Yotpo.
Junk app. Did not appear on my installed apps list, didn't work and I'm not even sure this app was uninstalled properly. Install and beware!
Good feature set, poor functionality and value/pricing compared to competitors. I ran into two dealbreaking bugs in the first few minutes using this app. First off - the onboarding page kept loading indefinitely. Had to manually update the app (after seconds of installing it) to fix this. Next up, tried to import reviews from my existing review app - the importer freezes after selecting the import file. I initially considered testing this app for the Google seller ratings functionality - turns out this is only available when opting for the "Professional" plan which starts at a 299 usd/mo. That's around a 766% price increase compared to Loox with just seller ratings to show for it. This is going to be a hard pass for me.
