they're helping me get my reviews so its only right i leave them one - considering the package i use is free, its really excellent, they answer all my questions, i use some of the widgets, i sent my clients emails, honestly i really like them
So far it has worked really well. The emails they send are essential to actually getting reviews!
Amazing customer service. Both timely and accurate. Customer service reps are able to identify problems and resolve them with little communication and in a timely manner.
Elvis and the support staff went above and beyond to take care of a few issues we were having. Its good tp know we are all backed by a great support team at Stamped.

It was easy to set up the email automation workflow for us to request for feedback from clients. The team was also super prompt to help us fix some sync issues that we encountered when we updated our product details.
