First up - the app is EASY to install, customise and use. Second up - when i did need help changing some things....the response was super quick and super helpful. Great app to gather reviews from customers to help potential customers with purchasing confidence!
so far this has been worth the money! The customer service is A+++, super helpful, and very prompt. We've already seen a nice return using this app.
We switched from YotPo to Stamped.io and I cannot believe we waited this long to make the switch. The app itself is simple to use, highly effective, and very clean on our website. The price is very fair for what you receive! It does what Yotpo does plus a lot more, for 1/10th the price. The thing I'm most impressed with is the service that the stamped.io team provides. I'm completely blown away by the support that's given when anything goes wrong. They even helped me with an issue with our theme that was not caused by them. I work late into the night and send e-mails expecting responses the next day. Stamped.io, however, is there to help immediately after sending a support request. Shopify needs more apps & developers of this calibre.
Plugin does his job very well and the customer support is just awesome - they helped me with 3 different things including widget customization, seo optimization and others!

We chose this app because of the automatic email function and the review display options, such as the full page and the side drawer display. Installation was pretty easy. Setting up and customizing email options was a breeze. I had a few problems with the product star placement (due to a prior app) and the support team was great. Especially Ivan, he did way more than I expected. Update: This app still continues to exceed my expectations! I am in the process of upgrading my theme to 2.0 and needed some customer support. Salem made the update process so smooth - he was fast, efficient and courteous. Stamped.io is the best! Thank You!
