We were using another review app and were dissatisfied with the results. Switching to Stamped.io has been a huge help. Besides having much more favorable pricing and better features, their customer service has been excellent. Extremely helpful and responsive staff, we highly recommend this app for reviews.
Great support and the reviews display great on the product page. If you are looking for a way to display your customer reviews then I recommend this app.

Attractive design, well thought out customisation and EPIC support! We installed this about a week ago and have been working with their support team to set it up for our needs. Support has been quick to get back to us and has always gone over and above to help sort things out. Highly recommended!
Allows you to customise the email you send to customers on the cheapest plan which some apps don't. Also, the customer can type their review in the email and just click submit which was a key selling point for us.
Product Reviews Addon has done a great job with helping to get our reviews connected to our Google Merchant Center & Google Shopping ads. I currently started using their net promotor score (NPS) function, and there are several more functions I'd like to try out as well. We have also set up reviews to push to our Facebook page. The dashboard has really great info on customer sentiment as well. The customer service is terrific, and they were very responsive and helpful.
