I had a problem uploading my existing customer data to the platform so I emailed the customer support. They replied very fast and were very helpful. I got my problem solved within 24 hours.
First and foremost - i love the app! It's exactly what i needed to build social proof for my new business and lets potential customer easily see product reviews in a nice format too. I recently changes my Shopify theme and needed some help with the integration of the App again. I emailed support and had a response literally within 10 minutes. The app support team then made the amendments and got my reviews working perfectly again when i couldn't and all within less than 2 hours!! - Unbelievable support - thank you!!
