Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Any thing that helps automate my business for free is a real plus. As a new business, I don't have a lot of money to spend on apps right now, so I appreciate how robust this free version is. Well done!

I have been using Stamped.io for my store for years now. It has made it so easy to gather automated reviews and provide social proof on my website. Everything looks great and integrates wonderfully. Any time I have a question, I receive prompt and friendly service.

I just emailed support and Joel replied in 2 minutes, maybe less. After making my new Shopify Theme go live, i lost all my reviews and in order to add it, there is some complicated coding involved and I am not good at coding. Joel took a few seconds to add it for me and did it in lightning speed. I highly recommend this app and their team is genuinely amazing!

Loving Stamped.io so far. Not only was it rather intuitive and easy to install and get going, the options are numerous and fabulous. And the people at Stamped are great to boot!

I am really happy with this app. I am already having more reviews left by customers. Previously, I was manually sending out emails. This is so much better. The reminders are sent out automatically and customers can leave their review right within their email. Very convenient!

I was also able to create a Review page using the app's 'full-page review widget' and really appreciate having all of my reviews visible in one place.

Edited: I continue to appreciate this app. Kudos to the app staff for prompt and super friendly help on the occasions when I have questions.

I can't express how happy I am with this! It's not only increased my sales, but the number of people that add photo reviews. Customer service is top notch. They helped me right away with any issues. FYI you don't have to leave a review on start up... just push "skip" to move to the next step.

The support staff answered a technical question lickety-split!! Fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. If the rest of the integration and usage goes this well - I have no reason to give less than the stars I have...

UPDATE - 9/18/2023
It appears that my initial review requires revision.

A week before this update, the connectivity between Meta and Stamped was somehow damaged. I opened a ticket and have heard nothing since then. The issue revolves around "Social Push," where we are supposed to be able to link a Facebook Page to the Reviews and have them automate publishing.

That being said, since they never reached back out to me offering any guidance on when the fix will be implemented, what the status of of the engineers who are supposed to be working on it, nor does their own "Status Page" indicate there are any current issues - I have revised this due to lack of communication on their end which requires me to prompt getting information from them.

Very poor communication path at this time and I took off 2 stars for it.

If it changes, perhaps I will change this review. Until then it stands.

this loyalty program that's in testing is the bomb already. I'm so happy with stamped.io, the fact that they repost the reviews on your social pages makes life so much easier. Happy customer in general
