I really like this app. It's very easy to use & has a good amount of options for a free app. I also appreciate the occasional Star Wars reference when I login- using the force to make me write this review haha. I don't have to spend time manually sending reviews to my customers, this does is for me...then reminds them after a week. It also allows me to respond to customer reviews, which is an excellent feature.
I love the options with this app and the customer service is amazing! They always respond with solutions, not more questions. They understand what I am asking and promptly deliver with how they can help.
We've used two other very popular review apps and have decided to stick with Product Reviews Addon for the following reasons:
Features - 5/5. Has the most features out of all the apps we've tried. Easy to use and our favorite feature is the ability to get webhook notifications via the Aftership integration so that reviews are sent out AFTER the customer receives their parcel. It makes a huge difference and is something we've been looking out for for a while now!
It's also great that customers can leave a review directly from the email - one of the standout features we knew we wouldn't settle without in a review app.
Price - 5/5. The price for what you get is unbeatable. Affordable pricing with incredible features and very responsive customer service.
Customer Service - 5/5. We've been looking for some customization on our site and have had various questions in the past. The team responds quickly and goes over the top in helping us customize and set things up the way we need. We've always received a friendly and helpful response within a day or less.
The team are continually adding updates and users of the app can see a timeline with new and previous updates. It's great to be kept in the loop and know about new features being continually added and having the app constantly improved.
One of our highest recommended apps.

Fantastic product and support team, always very prompt replying to queries. I'm always impressed with the constant improvement and addition of features.
Have been using this app for my reviews for a year now and have been happy with it, the support is more than happy to assist me. App appearance is somewhat superior and very customizable. Had a lot of issues importing reviews but support was always there to assist me with it.
I’m very impressed with Stamped.io and have been using is for a little over 1-yr. I started out with the Free Plan and within a few months switched to the Basic Plan. The app itself is great and worth the investment not to mention some of the 3rd Party apps it integrates with which is an added bonus. Recently I outgrew the Basic Plan and have now decided to upgrade to the Premium Plan. The reviews are critical and provide customers with a sense of trust and security. I look forward to the additional features the Premium Plan offers and will look forward to the support team at Stamped.io to help ensure I’m getting the best possible ROI.
Some of the features I really enjoy are:
Auto-Pilot: Automatic emails are sent requesting reviews. Just set it and forget it!
Convenience: Customers are able to send reviews directly from their email
Conversion: See a boost in increased sales for items that have reviews
SEO: Reviews greatly help and increase your web presence
The only thing I would like to see is that they make some of the services offered in the Enterprise Plan available to smaller companies that may not have the budget like bigger companies.
Other than that the app is great and every shop owner would be wise to use it.
