We found out the widget has not been allowing customers to submit reviews over the last few weeks. We have reached out a couple of time and have not heard back. I would not recommend.

So far so good. It seems to work well and customer service is responsive to questions I have had about set up
This app is way better than the product review app. The Samped.IO support staff is SUPER helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me with my store. I highly recommend this app over all other product review apps.

Inactive support, Apps don't work as advertised, support doesn't acknowledge problem and thus doesn't solve, however they advise to you switch to a plan with higher monthly fee if we want to use bug free APP, fyi, we already already on a paid plan !!

Fantastic App! Fair price (not like others as Yotpo), very easy to use and fantastic value added to the store. If you are looking for social proof apps, this one is a must. Also the support team is incredible.
I love this app! It's easy to use and integrate into my shop. Customer service is great. They respond very quickly to inquiries and solved my issue super fast.

Setting up was pretty easy and fast. Customer service is super helpful and very fast, which is great!!
I am currently using the free plan and am pleased with the results so far. I was able to send emails to customers that purchased prior to me enabling the app and have already received two responses. As I continue to grow, I look forward to expanding my utilization of the app.
