Stamped.io's customer service is FANTASTIC! Their response time is great and always polite. Their product is top-notch and constantly improving.
Good app. Easy to set up and customize and my only support request was answered within 10 minutes!
So far, so good. Had some trouble and their CS was great at resolving the issue. Though, I would recommend giving the end user a way to clear the Suppressed Profiles (email exclusions). Just to avoid extra work on their part when dealing with support tickets to have that section cleared.
The stamped.io team have helped me so much over the last few days, they have really gone above and beyond. I'm so impressed with the service. Not only that, but the app has helped me collect hundreds of reviews in a very short space of time. I thoroughly recommend this app!
