The app looks great, two days into it, bought the basic plan, customer support really fast and efficient, would recommend as far no problems and everything is fine
Still trying out the app, but customer service has been amazing so far! Sometimes I have issues loading the dashboard and switching between different settings. But overall happy with the app and even happier with customer service.
It really works well for us. They were very helpful in customizing the app to suit our products as well. Friendly service and it boosts sales. We are on the pro version and it is absolutely worth it!
We used this app to collect reviews and check out comments. It is more than a review app, we can also auto reward the reviewers as a complement. The display options are awesome. Furthermore, whenever we needed support it was excellent. We highly recommend this app.

We have been looking for a review app for a while and tried some other applications. This one is a really great app with the ability to customise to your liking. The support from the customer service and developers is also quick and super supportive. Easy to use and navigate - highly recommend!

Customer service is exceptional. If you can't figure it out, their team will help get whatever you need done completed, and fast! I really appreciate that especially when I'm trying to move fast myself. Very nice app, lots of functionality and customizability. Would love to see the backend continue to improve so I can make some of the changes on the fly, but I'm sure they're working on that!
This is a great app. It works perfectly, and their customer service is so professional and friendly. They always respond to my emails within a few hours, and get everything I needed help with done perfectly. Highly recommended!

So far so good. I've been able to integrate with my email marketing tool, Klaviyo, which has been a plus.
