So far I am quite happy with the app! I don't know what else to write but I have to write something apparently because it doesn't let me submit it below the 100 characters thresholds.....
The product has loads of features, and best of all the team has held my hand through installing everything and squashing bugs that were likely my fault. 5/5!

Excellent app, but more importantly excellent support. With an app like this with many features, there are naturally a lot of things that need to be worked out. The team is super responsive (do they sleep?). I definitely would recommend to anyone.

Love this app! I looked into a TON of apps like this (Yotpo, reviews.io, etc.) and this does everything they do for a fraction of the cost!! eg. for the same functionality, Yotpo is $14,376 per year and they require a year commitment; no month to month. I'm not sure who's getting suckered into that!! This app does all of that, plus the support is amazing! Replied to requests within minutes and had everything installed and ready to go extremely quick (Yotpo told me that their platform was a "self-service installation" lmao). Highly recommend this app!
Ich nutze Staped.io für meinen Online Shop und hatte das Problem, dass Reviews nicht angezeigt wurden, obwohl ich sie freigegeben hatte.
Eine kurze Email an das Team hat gereicht und am selben Tag habe ich noch eine Rückmeldung bekommen und am nächsten Tag war das Problem gelöst.
