This app is great so far. I'm working on the free version but plan on upgrading soon. I've had to contact their support team several times and all of them have been awesome and super helpful. My most recent experience with Salem was fantastic... She assisted me in installing the widgets and such in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
The app is really easy to use and the visual appearance is great. The simplicity of users being able to submit reviews from their email increases the likelihood of them taking the time to review our products which is a big bonus. It also allows them to share their own photos which is great for other customers to see
