So far so good! For all the features they offer, it's very affordable. They have an amazing support team. They respond quickly and are easy to work with. We ditched Yotpo and are so happy with our decision.
Tommy and Rachel implemented a star rating on our collection pages quickly and precisely. Was extremely easy to work with when we made suggestions of what we were looking for and would highly recommend this app to any shopify store that looks to deal with reviews.

I love this app! I love that I can schedule when to send emails. I also enjoy the option to do coupons for each review. Finally..I love that everything is practically automated. One less thing for me to do.
