My experience with this app and its staff have been really amazing! Been using this app since I started my store. Its really everything you need when it comes to gaining reviews from your customers. I love how it can send monthly emails to your recent customers to gain more reviews. Above all, customer service is incredible. They always get back to me crazy fast and go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. Awesome app, ran by awesome people.
I chose this app as it was the best rated for reviews for small businesses. Their communication has been great. They've explained things to me clearly when I don't fully understand.

Very pleased with this app, the response when requesting help is super fast , looks great on my website. Wish I could send more emails though , would love to purchase an upgrade to access more of the items available but due to the circumstances at the moment and being a very small fairly new business in these unprecedented time it’s just too expensive for me.

Few quick?... Can customers add pictures? Also, for some reason some of my order's get "archived" in shopify and then become hidden in this app. Then my customers never get a chance to review. And even their order becomes hidden in the app until it is "unarchived" Not sure why they are randomly being archived and where the issue is.
Any ideas would be great. But your app is great and is used everyday by my customers! Thanks so much
