I use this ratings app for my shopify store U Got It Girl. It's an awesome app and the customer service is top notch! I would 100% recommend this app for ratings purposes. Its easy to install and great functionality.

I have been dabbling with a few review providers and glad to come across one which is relatively simple to use. Any problems encountered has been dealt with quickly (Marcel was brilliant) ! 5 stars from us

This is absolutely the best reviews app on the Shopify app marketplace. The app is easy to use and navigate but what I really want to mention here is the customer service. Wow! We had an issue with our site and within minutes a staff member was on our case. The agent that helped us knocked it out of the park and fixed the issues on our site immediately.

Works great! My custommers actually write reviews now. Before i had to spend alot of time sending follow up e-Mail and SMS. Now the whole process is automated. Fast support and great custommer service. You can wiew the review app on my Norwegian shop https://www.msno.no
This app works perfectly for my small online business. Customers can leave me reviews with photos and I have it set up to send emails and ask for a review two weeks after I ship the items. Gives them time to develop and opinion and then solicits an honest review. I love it.
Customer service is outstanding. Im able to load and ask past customers for reviews. incentivize them to share on facebook and the developers can tweak it as needed. this is the only app review i've ever left. :)
Easy app to use, I wanted to have the ability for customers to leave a review. Free plan is a great starter.

I really felt how my website rank raised in Google Searches after customers started writing reviews. I personally offered them 10% discount to stimulate them to write and it works pretty well. Conversion is arround 10%, if not higher.
