Everything is great! Amongst all the available apps which allow you to collect product reviews for your site, this has to be the best. I tried two others so far and for the price of the plan I am currently on, the service and quality of the product is just awesome. The support team is really fast, friendly and has always served me with a solution. So far I've sent out the first review mails and have already collected some product reviews. Before I used any app, I used a mailchimp automation, which didn't convert at all. The in mail form is just perfect and allows the customer to easily share his opinion about the purchased product, which will not only in the best case scenario increase sales, but also improve your product page SEO. The E-Mail is highly customizable (I believe you must be on a paid plan for this feature), which is very important for your branding. A great experience so far and very recommendable.
I've been using Stamped.io for about 2 years now in another store and it works beautifully. Everything looks great and support is fast and fantastic. I recently opened up a 2nd store and decided to install Stamped.io again, this time going with a paid plan to enable customers to upload photos for their reviews. I needed assistance in getting the side drawer widget set up & fixing some issues related to another app that disabled a feature, support was quick to respond. They've got a bunch of people working hard since I counted and 4 different techs followed up to my reply during the 7 or 8 correspondence I had with them in total. So you know they're a team of people working for you here. Definitely, a must-have app. Their free plans already offer so much for a small business. But if your sales increase, going up a level to $15/month is not bad for the value.
