This app did not work with my theme so I had to reach out to support. Their support went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer, and it worked.
Painless install and easy to use for our customers. We are integrating this with Stamped's Rewards Program as well to further incentivize reviews.

Best reviews app by far, pricing is fair and you get a lot of reviews. It's also really easy to use. Edit: After upgrading my plan to use some of the more advanced features it's been impossible to add them, customer service don't reply Edit: Customer service contacted me and helped me with the installation of all required features

Awesome app matched only by its amazing customer service. Every time I have a question I get an immediate response and a quick solution. Reviews are a huge part of our business and using this app has allowed us to enhance the review functionality on our site. It has automated our review request process which has increased our reviews significantly and has allowed customers to post photos which makes the reviews even more powerful. This is a must-have app for any store that wants to showcase their customer feedback!
