These guys are awesome. Always super quick turnaround time for any questions and support and they do their best to help. It seems like they're constantly working on the product so as a small business owner, that's really important to me. The only thing that's needed is ShipStation integration as that's critical to my business since we sell a custom product requiring 3-way shipping so I hope that launches soon!
I have two stores and I am using this app for both stores I would not try to seek another app because I believe this app one of the best product reviews app in Shopify store
Like many, i have tried to choose the cheaper alternatives. Unfortunately, I have found out the hard way, that you get what you pay for. Dont bother with any other Reviews App. This is an awesome app, with amazing support and prompt response from the team. Thank you
I enjoyed the free version of this app. There are not many apps like this that offer this service completely for free. Customer support is also great and replies within a few hours - I did not even have to do anything - they accessed my store with my permission to fix their code which made it that the review bar was showing twice due to my SHOPIFY DEBUT theme.
