this app is great, but their customer support is even greater. Need something tweaked jus shoot them an email and they are on it. Best support and service of any app I have used. Thanks guys keep up the outstanding work!

1. Online support was super speedy even though it was in the middle of the night. Rachelle did a wonderful job of introducing me to the app, and what other options were available.
2. This app works great to retain customer relations through follow up emails. The option to have all my product reviews displayed on a single page is what drew me to this app. Love it!
