1. Online support was super speedy even though it was in the middle of the night. Rachelle did a wonderful job of introducing me to the app, and what other options were available.
2. This app works great to retain customer relations through follow up emails. The option to have all my product reviews displayed on a single page is what drew me to this app. Love it!
