I use this app for reviews from my customers for products that they purchase as well as the service that they receive. Stamped.IO has given me great support for anything that I have asked related to their app and I highly recommend them. Their support team is excellent.

We have three stores and we have installed the app on all three.
The installation is quick and simple. We needed some time to figure out, how things work, because we didn't find any instructions. But after that it was much easier to use the app on other two stores. The app is actually quite comprehensive and gives you a lot of different options.
Importing reviews from Shopify review app is also easy and quick, but it takes some time for imported reviews to be shown on the site.
We had also some issues with "Add photo button" and with some translations into our local language. But customer support is superior and extremely quick, also regarding all the translations.
We definitely recommend the app, it is great, it is working as it should be. Even for the smallest plan you get a lot from the app. But as with all apps, there is always some space for improvements.
Easy to use and set up. This is the first app I have used for reviews on my store and it looks like it may be the only one!!
Great app with great support. Any issues are resolved very quickly. Loads of options available can suit any store.
