They used to offer a good service although the app works fine the support is non existent now, very disappointing when you are a long term customer and you can't even get support still waiting over 4 and half days for a response. Time to look for another app I think.

Blake Knezevich has been very helpful throughout the production of my review widget. (character-filler)
I really enjoyed using this app and it worked great. Unfortunately when it came to pricing and functionality I managed to find an app that cost less and had the option to set different timescales for domestic and international orders. I think if this app can add that functionality it would be perfect for those that can afford it.

Stamped.io does have a setting available to send out the review emails at different intervals for local & international orders. You will find it under the email sequence settings: https://help.stamped.io/article/73-reviews-change-the-number-of-days-to-wait-before-sending-review-emails-to-customers

This app will help a lot with customers seeing how well my products work with actual real reviews from customers who have purchased my products. I recommend this app you can customize it how you want and you have on the clock help if you need it.

Just started using the app but very happy with it so far. Had a little trouble at first due to switching my product name and having to import some reviews to the new product name. But their customer service was great, they helped walk me through the entire process so that I didn't lose those past reviews! Very happy with the app!
