Awesome App! We've been trying it just for a month, and so far the free version seems to be working great.
Excellent review app. Easy import of reviews and its great customers can review inside the sent email. Also a great price compared to other pricey reviews apps.

お問合せは英語ですが、返信がとにかく早いです。
早すぎて逆に見逃すこともあります。管理画面は日本語じゃないですが、Chromeのgoogle翻訳をかけることで普通に利用できます。たまによく分からない動作をしますが大体はお問合せで解決するのでおすすめです。
Stamped support is very quick and helpful. The app reflects the description in the app store. There is some room for improvement in the UI. I would love it if we had more control over it as developers.

After deleting their app (after years of using it), their Reward widget (part of their Review app) is still visible on our website and we cannot remove it. More than a week after we and Shopify's support team has contacted them, they have still not sorted it out - apart from emailing us a couple of times to let us know they have passed it on to the correct department. Very poor customer service. Will never use Stamped again for this reason alone!

We've recently moved to a new support ticketing software to avoid these issues in the future and we have adjusted our team's schedules in order to provide more comprehensive coverage over weekends and holidays.
The recent surge in request volume has certainly been a challenge, but we're growing our small team in the new year to ensure our merchants get the support they need.

YOTPO KILLER! The premium versions of the app are very similar to YOTPO's and is way more affordable for us smaller guys. If you are DIY'er and want room to grow as sales grow use this app. The free version is pretty awesome but if are willing to upgrade you'll love it!
**Update**
After two months we already have 50 reviews some with photos and Google SERP stars are definitely increasing our click through rate! Every single review was generated by the auto e-mail and the reminder system. You couldn't pay an employee $50 a month to e-mail all of your customers to review plus collect photos and respond.
I have e-mailed these guys for random things here and there and Tommy has been super helpful every single time!
A MUST NEED FOR EVERY STORE! Not only does this app have everything and more that you need but their team is amazing literally responded to my question in 5 min and not only did they respond but they went ahead and fixed the issue I had for me! 10/10
