I used the app yo help me with reviews, emails and so much more. The app is awesome and leaves you with a peace of mind that what can be automatic is.
I am using the free version of Stamped.io and it really has a lot of great features. I really like that I can send out emails to the customers that make it easy for them to leave a review straight from their inbox. It is also easy to schedule. I love that it clearly states when a review is from a verified customer. I am not completely satisfied with the localization features. You cannot fully customize every word everywhere, and there are a few mistakes making my Danish website look a little unprofessional. That is why I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
We at Leena Spices are very satisfied with Stamped and very happy with their personal support. Once we discovered this app we uninstalled the previous app that was far more expensive and ugly. Our website looks more elegant now and we are very confident that our conversion rate will increase.

So far, I am loving everything about this app. I know that potential customers really want to see reviews, so it was important to me to get my reviews page up and running. The fact that they have a free version with SO MANY features is fantastic for starting up your shop. When I wanted help updating the typeface and spacing of my reviews on my site's pages, Mohamed B helped me INSTANTLY and took care of everything to make it work as I had hoped. Such an incredible support experience. The app is easy to use and integrate into your site. I genuinely love everything about Stamped so far, and their whole suite of apps.
