Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

Have been using Stamped for a while. We got into some issues but they helped resolve it. It did take some time for them to reply but they did get the issue solved.

Easy to install and nightmare to have quality support! I installed all apps and I found one here in Shopify app that charge just USD15 and they have live support to full customization and bug fix in real time. The difference between a USD15 to a USD200 app: Both to all the same things but one have branding and the other does not care with branding just with results delivered, make your bet, do your choice. I'm more than one month asking for help but always come a Junior Support to say that I'm doing everything wrong and never fix it bugs, also, they charged me wrong USD400 in almost 1 month and no refund. I open an Abuse Case in Shopify Support.

I have used this app for my Shopify store and it has made the review process extremely easy for me and my customers. The reviews look great on my website and are definitely helping to covert new people visiting the website into customers. The team is very helpful when you require some help too. Highly recommend.

Excelente aplicativo, de verdade. Tudo customizável, facílimo de mexer, bem simples, sem páginas complicadas. Tive problemas com diversos aplicativos que não eram customizáveis, não conseguia traduzir os textos para português, e nesse App tudo fluiu muito bem. Equipe de suporte excelente, com diversos vídeos explicativos para facilitar ainda mais a instalação e customização. Indico a todos que estão procurando um ótimo App funcional de avaliações. Grato

Their system is VERY buggy. Support is not good either. I have been. using them for 2 years and it has been buddy from the start. Now, it is taking 20-60 seconds for the reviews to load on the site and it is tanking our conversions. Very disappointed.

The free version works well for what we need for now and we'll probably move to the paid version as we grow!

I started using Stamped a few weeks ago and I have to say that I especially appreciate the customer service. They are very responsive, give good advice and usually answer my questions within a day.

My experience with Support has been zero. They reply with template responses. Forget trying to reach them on the phone. They charge premium prices and do not offer phone support.

This review is mostly for the amazing service. The customer service is literally on point 24hrs a day. They have solved at least 3 random personalization issues I had trying to adapt the app to work with my VERY SPECIFIC needs. It does more than all of the other apps I tried/researched even at the $25 or so a month tier.

A brilliant app! Ver easy to use and having real customer reviews on my website help with conversion.
I'd also like to add customer support and very helpful, which is greatly appreciated by a tech novice such as me :-)
