Works great! It took some time to install it properly but besides that, it is a very helpful app. It has more options than the other app I was using.

Setting up was quite easy with the step by step guide pop up. Somewhat forced to give a review to get the request off the screen. Would have preferred to give the review after having it installed for a few days. Looks like it may be a good app though. If all goes well will get the paid plan.

Ez to use review system & they are always quick to help when we have questions! Change from another platform to here and the switch is a bit bumpy but they are helping us to get it done.
I have used this app for the review management of my website. I found this very useful with a lot more customization options which are important when you collect reviews from your customer.
I have a startup business and this app provides me very good functions at an affordable price which I loved about this app.
