I love this so far. I was using another app for a few years and this one presents so much better. However, I installed this due the option to integrate Etsy reviews as well, but that feature seems to be unavailable. I can't seem to find information as to if that is a plan specific feature or not.

It is a great app! I was able to integrate it with other apps like gempages. It's user friendly and customer service is quick to respond.
As a small startup, we have been using the unpaid plan for a couple of months and so far, it does almost everything we need it do. The customer support is excellent... if we have had any questions, their team has been very responsive and willing to assist.

Very early days, as we have only just installed this app, but promising results already with reviews starting to come in. We wanted the reviews to be easy to find for our customers and the team at Stamped.io jumped right on our request and sorted out the necessary code for us, adding the reviews right next to our product price listing! Awesome service, thanks guys! It's clear that the app is very powerful and we're looking forward to exploring all the features and benefits, which will help our customers be far better informed too.
This is the WORST review app you could ever download. Don't make that mistake. I have been using their app for the past 1 year at least and I found out the customers can't even upload their video unless I upgrade to a "business" plan which cost 3 times more than the competitors app. Secondly, you can't put the same review for several products. And lastly, they are simply NOT AVAILABLE when you need help.

While we do not have live support, we do promise a first response time of 12hrs for email and more often our average first response time is between 3-4 hours!
