Stamped Product Reviews & UGC

I have yet to have the opportunity to use this app yet but the setup was super easy and I appreciate that the freemium model they have. Once I have 50 sales a month I'm sure I'll have no problem paying them.

great app and helpful support, They integrated the app to an unsupported theme. Though their guides are a bit confusing but I think it's because m theme wasn't supported that's why I had a hard time following. Other than that it was a great experience. I recommend! thank you!

I've just downloaded the app so we'll see how it compares to other ones. Hopefully we get some good traction to want us to pay for the full version. No issues so far.

App non fiable pour ce qui est de la facturation. Après avoir choisi un plan payant, je suis revenu au plan gratuit mais l'App m'est toujours facturée depuis des mois!

Amazing support. Pretty quick at answering questions and solving issues - even made small changes to pass on a URL parameter on my request.
Support is technical and helpful. App is super versatile. I spent many hours comparing alternatives and Stamped.io seems to be most evolved in handling multi-language invites (unfortunately not yet based on checkout language, but at least on a customer country basis.)

Price is fair, highly recommended!

This is a great and cost effective product review app. I would give it 5 stars however I wish I could have more customisation features for the review emails at the lower priced plans. Other then that, this app is really great and is so simply enabled on any Shopify store.

Love what the app does but dislike the current upgrade. Very confusing! Although I've been using this app for a couple of years, I'm now seriously considering a change.

While the app does a fair job (quite often it is slow, does not load correctly on mobile, and fails to load CSS on the plans page), the pricing and the sales team are the worst.

Customers (or new potential customers) should be aware that similar apps charge 1/4 of the annual price of Stamped for even better features.
We find it disgusting that the only way to access the Google Shopping Reviews feature is to pay 1400$/year - when other apps offer that for 19$ a month.

Having mentioned that to the sales team, they offered a ridiculous discount with a rude reply inviting us to use another "low-cost app" if we were not happy with their offer.

For instance, we are thrilled to switch reviews provider (after 2 years) and invite savvy customers to do the same - maybe Stamped will start to appreciate their customer reviews more.

Really user friendly. I actually ordered from another small business owner that was using this and I decided that my business would benefit from it. I can't stress enough how important it is that you guys make the set up very easy. As a small business owner i have enough to juggle. I wouldn't want to spend too much time on configuring an app. Thanks guys for making this easy and useful tool!
